About Me
Understanding mental health
As an experimental psychologist specializing in neuroscience and mental health, my expertise centers on neuromodulation and neuroimaging of mood disorders. I received my PhD at the KU Leuven in Belgium, where my research investigated the neurobiological effects of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) on patients with severe depression.

Employment
I am currently employed at the University Psychiatric Centre (UPC) KU Leuven as Neuromodulation Coordinator and Senior Researcher.

Research Affiliation
I am also affliliated with the Centre for Neuropsychiatry, at the Leuven Brain Institute of the KU Leuven Belgium. Our lab is dedicated to studying the neurobiological mechanisms of psychiatric disorders and treatments.
